British Residents in Antigua – Your Right to Vote in 2027

If you are a British citizen legally residing in Antigua, you have the right to vote in the Spanish municipal elections in May 2027.

To register, you must:
• Be registered in the local Padrón.
• Have legally resided in Spain for at least three years.
• Submit the formal declaration to be included in the Electoral Census during the official registration period (December 2026 – January 2027).

IMPORTANT:

Registration is NOT automatic.
If you do not submit the declaration within the official period, you will not be able to vote.
